Kylee D. Miller is an associate attorney at Tuite Law. She was born and raised in the Rockford Area. Kylee attended Clarke University where she obtained a bachelors degree in Communications and Philosophy and was a four-year starter for the volleyball team. She graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College in 2012. In 2015, she obtained her law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law where she was the recipient of the Juris Law Scholarship. Kylee was awarded Best Oralist for her advocacy during mock Supreme Court proceedings in the 25th Annual Swygert Moot Court Competition. In 2017, she was nominated for the Clarke University “Rising Star Award” for success in her career and volunteer work as a young alumna.
While in law school, Kylee clerked for a federal magistrate where she focused exclusively on Social Security Disability Appeals cases. In 2017, she joined the firm where she handles personal injury, worker’s compensation, and Social Security Disability cases. Kylee is a dedicated advocate for those who have suffered injuries or disabilities. She believes in a compassionate and individualized approach to every case. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), Winnebago County Bar Association (WCBA), and Chicago Bar Association (CBA).
Kylee is an active participant in the Rockford community. She enjoys running on the nearby bike paths and playing volleyball at the new Sports Factory.
